TUI Holidays are the largest UK travel agents serving a very wide range of holiday destinations and providing cruises in the Caribbean, Mediterranean and the Middle East. They have their own airline, TUI Airways.
Although TUI do not cater specifically for senior travellers in the same way as Saga Holidays, they do offer many adult-only holidays. These are accessed from their website by clicking on HOLIDAYS followed by BEST FOR and then selecting Adults-only holidays.
My own experience when taking a Thomson Caribbean cruise was that it was almost exclusively adult, even though the cruise coincided with a school half-term holiday. It may be different for Mediterranean cruises.
